Biography
Before becoming a realtor, I owned and operated a paper recycling company in Houston for over twenty years. The company was named Delta Paper Stock and had revenues in excess of a million dollars per year. When my daughter was born, I decided to sell the business in order to spend more time with her. It has proven to be a fantastic choice, and we love the conveninence of living inside the loop in the West University/Braes Heights area. I chose to become a realtor because I love working with people and have a passion for real estate, especially investing. My wife, Colleen Schultz, also shares this passion and works as a real estate attorney for Boyar and Miller. My prior business thrived on providing exceptional customer service, and I am sure that you will enjoy the personalized attention that I provide.
